ADD a HERO to our care package list.
We would consider it a privilege to include your loved one, rather they be family or friend, in the care package mailings sent overseas throughout the year. Contact us if you would like to add someone to our care package list. All information will be kept confidential. We follow OPSEC regulations.
It is very important that an approximate month of return be included in the information when a name is submitted so that we can use our resources wisely and be sure that boxes will be received by our heroes and not returned to us unopened. If we do not have an approximate month of return, we can only keep a soldier’s name on our list for one month. Please allow us to send boxes to your hero for the entirety of his/her deployment by including the approximate month of return in the submitted information.
If your soldier returns early, is extended, or has a change of address, please keep us informed by sending a message to addahero@military-missions.org.
Due to rising expenses, we MUST have a valid email address to check status of Hero’s deployment before sending a care package. We have too many boxes returned due to Hero returning home prior to the date we have been given. Postage is our biggest expense so we have to take extra precautions before shipping. Thank you for your understanding in this matter.
PLEASE NOTE: Emails will be sent periodically to verify that your Hero’s return date is at least 6 weeks away. A response MUST be received or the name will be removed from our list.
If you are submitting several Heroes with the SAME address, you can list the individual names in the comment section instead of submitting each one separately.
