  1. Through our senior center in flower mound. Texas, for the last 3 years we received names from “any”. We pack up first class boxes with toiletries snacks and socks. We take them to the post office fill out the customs form and pay the postage. Can we do this for your organization? We do this twice a year, in November and in the spring. We usually send 8-10. Boxes to men and women

Pleas let me know if this will work for your organization

    Thank you

  2. My students have made several care packages they wished to send to servicemen and women–can we send these to you?

    1. Yes, you can! We will send them on to names on our list. In case you need our address, it is 3650 Boston Rd, suite 146, Lexington Ky 40514. Thank you!

  3. I am a youth group activities coordinator at East Hall Baptist Church. Our youth group has been sending packages to soldiers for the last 3 years. We received names from “Hugs For”. At this time, they are not assigning addresses (we can only send our donations to them). We pack up first class boxes with toiletries snacks and socks. We take them to the post office fill out the customs form and pay the postage. We ship boxes monthly. We usually “adopt” 5-6 service men/women. Would your organization be able to help us with this very important service project?

    1. Hi Amanda,
Sadly, due to evil in the world, many organizations like ours have changed their procedures and can no longer publicize or share the addresses of the men & women serving. Likewise, we have to request that the donations are sent through us.

    1. I’m not sure I completely understand what you are asking… are you deployed yourself and want to receive a care package? Or are you wanting to donate money to send a package? Feel free to email me at if you have questions. Thanks, Karen

  4. I work for a public library and we have some great books, we would like to donate do you know where i can send them?

    1. We would LOVE to receive some donated books to send to the troops! However, they would need to be paperbacks and around 4″x 7″ in order to fit well into our care packages. Would you have any like that? If so, feel free to send them to us at 3650 Boston Rd, Suite 146, Lexington Ky 40514 and we will definitely appreciate receiving them! Thanks!

    1. Hi Linda,
As I’m sure you are well aware, due to security risks, it is getting nearly impossible to find info on deployed personnel. Like other organizations, we do not give out the names & addresses on our list. However, each year we have a program called Adopt a Hero. If you aren’t familiar with this program, we post first names only from our list and give people a chance to adopt a name and shop for items to send them. The packages still have to pass through our office but just to make sure all the items are safe to send. If this is something you might be interested in, please visit our webpage for more info. We will be updating the page and beginning the program next week. Please email me at if you have any other questions. Thanks!

  5. I am a senior in high school, and I have raises almost 400 items for my senior project through donations of my NJROTC program. I am not sure how to send my packages without it costing me a ton of money. I am trying to find an organization to send them through, so if you could please send me information to my email account for further information. Thanks! Email:

    1. Krista, I just wanted to follow up and make sure you received the email I sent a few weeks ago. I know sometimes it will end up in the junk file.

  6. hi, I’m interested in sending a care package for the holidays coming up just to wish the soldiers a merry Christmas, I was wondering if I could put a letter in the package for the soldier to read, would this be okay?

  7. My family and I want to send a box full of goodies and about 50 homemade cards your way. Can we just send all of it together through USPS and you guys would sort through it and separate them out for different platoons?
